• Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat.

• Guide customers through non-technical requests and everyday inquiries.
• Record customer interactions and relevant details accurately in the system.
• Ensure a smooth, positive experience with every conversation.
What you bring
• Excellent Polish, Swedish, or Icelandic and very good English skills.
• A genuine desire to help people and communicate with customers.
• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and confidence working with digital systems.
• A proactive, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude.
