What you'll do
• Communicate with customers via email, voice and chat
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, helpful solutions
• Build positive relationships and support the acquisition process
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Keep communication smooth across different channels
What you bring
• French, Spanish or Slovak at a strong level
• Good command of English
• Confident communication and a customer-focused mindset
• Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn
• Ability to work comfortably with multiple communication channels
Your schedule
8-hour shifts | 40 hours per week | Standard working time
Most shifts are during standard working hours, with occasional weekend shifts when needed. If you work on a weekend, you'll have your days off during the week.
