Your mission
You’ll take ownership of a B2B client portfolio, combining sales strategy, relationship management and marketing expertise to grow revenue and help clients unlock new opportunities.
This is a consultative sales role where you won’t simply sell — you’ll understand business goals, identify opportunities and turn marketing challenges into actionable strategies.
What you'll do
• Develop and execute strategic plans for your business portfolio.
• Manage existing and new client relationships, with a focus on revenue growth.
• Identify and maximize sales opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing field.
• Build strong business relationships through a multichannel approach – email, phone and online meetings.
• Use a consultative approach to understand client goals and recommend relevant marketing solutions.
• Educate clients on opportunities and translate their objectives into actionable strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Stay up to date with products, best practices, benchmarks and procedures.
• Track your sales pipeline, quarterly targets and key performance indicators.
• Work towards and achieve defined sales goals and KPIs.
What you bring
• Fluent Dutch and English – written and spoken.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or outsourcing.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and sales pipeline management.
• Experience in marketing.
• Confidence with a value-based and consultative selling approach.
• Strong organizational skills, self-discipline and motivation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with CRM or similar systems is an advantage.
*Sales experience is preferred
The focus is on candidates with a sales background, especially those comfortable with targets, client portfolios and revenue growth.
However, strong candidates with voice-based customer service experience are also welcome to apply if they demonstrate the right commercial mindset and communication skills.
