International B2B Travel Specialist with German (Hybrid)

Your mission
Support business travelers around the world and make sure every journey runs smoothly — from flights and hotels to train travel and everything in between.
You’ll provide high-touch B2B customer care before and during business trips, helping travelers get where they need to be, on time and stress-free.
What you'll do
• Support business travelers via 50% calls and 50% emails
• Handle around 3 cases per hour
• Work on either call-focused or email-focused days, depending on the schedule
• Find solutions for flights, hotels, train travel and other travel arrangements
• Deliver professional, personalized customer support
• Use travel systems and tools to manage customer requests efficiently
What you bring
• German C1 — fluent written and spoken
• English B2
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Experience in travel, airlines, hospitality or a similar field is an advantage
• Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan or Apollo is a strong plus
• Good computer and MS Office skills
• Organized, analytical and confident in decision-making
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High school education
Your working model
Hybrid — W@H becomes available after 6 months.
Prefer night shifts only? You can work fully remotely.
Training starts with 4 weeks in the office. For candidates comfortable with a longer onboarding journey, the training may extend to 12 weeks, with a few short breaks included.
