Your mission
Turn sales and marketing data into insights that help teams make smarter decisions. You’ll connect data, reporting and business needs while improving the way sales performance is measured and managed.
What you'll do
• Analyze sales trends, client behavior and product performance
• Build and maintain sales dashboards, reports and KPIs
• Turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams
• Support pipeline tracking, bonus and portfolio management
• Work with Salesforce on reporting, users and licenses
• Improve reporting processes, data workflows and documentation
• Contribute to automation and tools that make reporting faster and more scalable
• Support sales campaigns, target setting and strategic forecasts
What you bring
• 3–4 years of experience in reporting, analytics or business intelligence
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Salesforce and reporting
• Experience with Tableau
• Familiarity with Alteryx Designer is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL / Azure Data Studio is an advantage
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, business-focused way
• Proactive, organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
