Your mission
Combine your customer service experience, communication skills, and commercial mindset to help business clients find the right software solutions. You'll understand their needs, guide them through implementation, and build strong B2B relationships.
What you’ll do
• Support business clients via phone, email, chat, and video calls when needed.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Guide clients through program implementation.
• Communicate professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver effective solutions.
What you bring
• C1 proficiency in German, Dutch, French, Turkish, or Italian, plus B2–C1 English.
• Previous call centre experience is required.
• A sales background is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a polite, customer-focused approach.
• The ability to understand business needs, build rapport, and explain solutions clearly.
