Your mission
Join a global customer experience environment and become a trusted point of contact for customers of a leading sports brand.
What you'll do
• Support customers via email, voice and chat
• Handle pre- and post-purchase questions about sports products
• Find the right solutions and deliver a smooth customer experience
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
What you bring
• Very good command of German, Dutch, Spanish or French, plus English
• Strong communication and customer-oriented attitude
• Confidence working across voice, email and chat
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage, especially in e-commerce or retail

Monday–Friday | 10:00–19:00
