What you’ll do
• Be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them through phone, email, and live chat.
• Answer a variety of service-related questions and provide helpful, easy-to-understand guidance.
• Understand customer needs and deliver accurate information and practical solutions.
• Use different digital platforms and internal tools to manage requests and ensure a seamless support experience.
• Build positive customer relationships through friendly, professional, and timely communication.
What you bring
• You have Danish and English language skills at B2 level.
• You're comfortable using computers and can quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
• You enjoy communicating with people and have a genuine interest in helping others.
• You're patient, approachable, and able to handle different customer needs with confidence.
• You bring a positive attitude, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and develop.
Your schedule
• Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
• Full-time, office-based position
