Your mission
Passionate about technology, sports, or a healthy lifestyle? Join a customer care team supporting users of smartwatches and fitness trackers. You’ll explore the technology first-hand while helping customers get the most out of their devices.
What you’ll do
• Assist Danish-speaking customers via incoming calls and emails.
• Answer questions about orders, deliveries, and device features.
• Help users troubleshoot issues with smartwatches and fitness bands.
• Guide customers through features that track heart rate, steps, calories, distance, and more.
• Test different wearable devices to build practical product knowledge and provide better support.
What you bring
• Fluency in Danish and good English skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn about new technology.
• An interest in sports, fitness, or healthy living is a plus.
Your schedule
• Monday–Friday, 10:30–19:00.
• Relocation support available for candidates moving to Bulgaria.
