Love helping people and know how to turn questions into positive experiences? Join an international customer experience team supporting a leading sports brand, where your customer service expertise and language skills will help customers find the right products and solutions.
What you’ll do
• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with pre- and post-purchase inquiries.
• Provide helpful information about sports products, orders, and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow established quality standards.
• Deliver a smooth, personalized experience that reflects the brand’s values.
What you bring
• Very good command of German, Dutch, or French, plus English.
• Previous customer service or client support experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Confidence handling customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.
• Good computer skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new tools.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail is an advantage.

Monday–Friday | 10:00–19:00
