Your mission
Join an international support team and help clients navigate software solutions while contributing to a Safe & Fair Play environment. You'll be the person they can rely on when they need clear answers, guidance and support.
What you'll do
• Support clients via phone, chat and email
• Assist with questions related to software solutions and account activities
• Handle tasks connected to safety and the Safe & Fair Play Policy
• Investigate and resolve customer queries in a professional way
• Escalate more complex cases when needed
• Keep communication clear, helpful and customer-focused
What you bring
• Turkish, Norwegian, Danish or Icelandic at a strong level
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and a problem-solving approach
• Comfortable working with different digital tools and communication channels
Your schedule
8-hour shifts | 40 hours per week | Rotating schedule
You’ll work daytime and late shifts — no night shifts. Weekend shifts may occasionally be included, with your days off scheduled during the week.
