Your mission
Be the go-to person for customers — from answering product questions and troubleshooting technical issues to providing pre- and after-sales support and developing existing business relationships.
You’ll combine customer care, technical know-how and a commercial mindset to create great customer experiences and support business growth.
What you'll do
• Support customers via voice, email and chat
• Handle technical and billing inquiries and provide troubleshooting support
• Guide customers through products, features and functionality
• Deliver pre-sale and after-sale support
• Escalate product safety or regulatory concerns through the defined channels
• Manage and grow relationships with existing and new accounts
• Develop strategies to grow revenue within your business portfolio
• Prepare and deliver presentations and technical product demonstrations
• Communicate with both B2B and B2C customers
What you bring
• Excellent: German, Polish, Slovenian, Dutch or Arabic
• Very good English skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with voice support is an advantage
• Sales experience is a plus
• Technical curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
• Confidence using digital tools and communicating with customers
• Ability to build relationships and understand business needs
Your working model
Fully remote
The role is primarily focused on daytime shifts, with occasional night shifts when business needs require it.
