What you’ll do
• Handle customer disputes, investigate issues, and work towards effective solutions.
• Support customer-to-cash activities and help ensure efficient financial operations.
• Communicate with internal departments and key stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Work with SAP and internal systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
• Follow established procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Take ownership of back-office activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.
What you bring
• Fluency in French and good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A practical, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in shared services or finance operations would be an advantage.
Your schedule
Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, from 09:00 to 18:00, with a hybrid working model that offers a balance between professional development and personal time.
