Your mission
Are you a relationship builder who knows how to turn client needs into effective business solutions? Join a dynamic team supporting key telecom clients, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring that customer requests move smoothly from initial inquiry to completion.
What you’ll do
• Manage relationships with key telecom clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate customer requests, new site requirements and tower colocations from initial demand through completion.
• Work closely with technical, operations, finance and legal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Follow up on client requests, service issues, escalations and outstanding actions.
• Support invoicing, contract-related matters and customer documentation.
• Track customer demands and pipeline progress, prepare forecasts and analyse data.
What you bring
• Experience in Key Account Management, B2B Account Management or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good analytical skills and confident use of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in telecommunications or infrastructure is a strong advantage.
