Your role
We're looking for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working with numbers, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring financial accuracy.
You will play a key role in maintaining reliable financial records, preparing reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
What you'll be doing
• Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Review and reconcile Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in line with IFRS and Bulgarian GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with VAT and Personal Income Tax regulations.
• Process and document accounting transactions in Oracle ERP.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Participate in regulatory and tax-related reporting activities.
• Recommend improvements to accounting processes and controls.
What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with Oracle ERP is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or ACCA qualification is considered a plus.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
