Your mission
Combine your language skills and customer care expertise to support corporate travelers before and during their business trips. From flights and hotels to train travel and unexpected changes, you’ll help professionals stay on track wherever business takes them.
What you’ll do
• Assist business clients over the phone with travel-related requests and changes.
• Find suitable solutions for flights, accommodation, train journeys, and other travel needs.
• Handle unexpected situations with confidence and a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure accurate information and a smooth travel experience for every client.
What you bring
• Very good command of German and English.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office applications.
• Previous experience in travel, airlines, hospitality, or customer support is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a strong advantage.
Your schedule & work model
• Night shifts: Monday–Sunday, 00:00–08:00, according to schedule.
• Remote option: Available if you choose to work night shifts only, following the office-based training.
