Your mission
Love sportswear, the latest sports gadgets, and helping people find the right products? Join a customer care team supporting a world-leading sports brand and help customers make confident choices, from their first product inquiry to after-sales assistance.
What you’ll do
• Support customers via inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat.
• Answer questions about sportswear, footwear, and sports products.
• Provide pre-sale and after-sale assistance with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Keep accurate case notes and contribute to individual and team performance goals.
What you bring
• Fluent Polish and English.
• A customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Analytical thinking and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• An interest in sports, sportswear, or the latest gadgets is a plus.
Your schedule
Monday–Saturday | 10:00–19:00
Training lasts 2 weeks.
