Your mission
The digital world moves fast, and the quality of online content matters more than ever. As a Text Content Moderator, you’ll help create safer, more appropriate digital spaces by reviewing online content, applying platform guidelines, and making thoughtful decisions that protect users and improve their experience.
What you’ll do
• Review and assess content to ensure it is suitable for different audiences.
• Identify sensitive or inappropriate material and act in line with established guidelines.
• Apply platform policies consistently when making content moderation decisions.
• Use your judgment and attention to detail to handle content cases accurately and responsibly.
• Share insights and observations that can help improve content quality and moderation processes.
• Stay up to date with changing policies, standards, and platform requirements.
What you bring
• German or Arabic at C1 level.
• English at B2 level to understand guidelines and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
• The ability to work independently and assess content objectively.
• Confidence in handling sensitive material and making decisions based on clear policies.
Your extra advantage
Previous experience in content moderation, quality assurance, or a similar role will be considered a plus.
Your schedule
• Shift length: 8 hours
• Shift type: Day or night shifts
• Schedule: Rotating, according to the assigned work plan
