Your mission
Help customers get the most out of their smart sports devices. From fitness trackers and smart watches to activity bracelets, you'll provide friendly support and practical solutions that keep users connected to their health and fitness goals.
What you'll do
• Assist customers via incoming calls and email
• Support users with questions related to smart watches, fitness trackers, and wearable devices
• Help with orders, deliveries, and product-related inquiries
• Troubleshoot basic device and usage issues
• Deliver a positive customer experience through clear and professional communication
What you bring
• Fluency in Danish and good command of English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Interest in technology, sports, fitness, or healthy living
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Work model & schedule
On-site position
Monday–Friday | 10:30–19:00
3-week paid on-site training
