What you’ll do
• Handle customer disputes and find timely, effective solutions.
• Provide support across customer-to-cash (CTC) processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Use SAP and internal systems to maintain accurate data.
• Follow company procedures and compliance standards.
• Manage back-office tasks with care and attention to detail.
What you bring
• Fluency in German, French, or Dutch, plus good English skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in shared services or a multinational environment is an advantage.
Your schedule
• Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, hybrid model.
• Standard working hours.
