Be the friendly first point of contact for customers, providing reliable assistance and making their experience with the client's products and services as smooth as possible.
What you'll do
• Provide customer support across different communication channels
• Answer questions about products and services
• Assist with basic, non-technical troubleshooting
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and follow service procedures
• Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
What you bring
• Excellent command of Swedish, Slovak, Norwegian or Icelandic
• Very good English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A helpful attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow procedures and solve customer queries efficiently
Your schedule
Standard working hours, with occasional weekend shifts according to a schedule.
