Your role
As an Accounting & Finance Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and smooth operation of the company’s financial activities. You will work closely with colleagues across multiple departments, helping maintain reliable financial records while supporting key accounting and reporting processes.
What you'll be doing
• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Process and verify accounting documents in accordance with Bulgarian accounting and tax regulations.
• Support the preparation and submission of VAT returns, tax reports, and statutory documentation.
• Maintain accurate accounting records within ERP and accounting systems.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with payment processing, reconciliations, fixed assets accounting, and audit preparations.
• Prepare financial reports and provide reliable accounting information to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and reporting accuracy.
What we're looking for
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Bulgarian accounting standards, tax regulations, and VAT requirements.
• Experience working with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Very good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
