Your mission
Ready to take ownership of Accounts Payable operations and help a team perform at its best? Step into the role of Accounts Payable Team Lead, combining financial expertise, people leadership, and process optimization to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial operations.
What you’ll do
• Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team, supporting performance, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee invoice processing, purchase order matching, vendor reconciliations, and payment cycles.
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and local regulations.
• Resolve complex invoice discrepancies and vendor payment issues while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, audits, and cross-functional finance projects.
What you bring
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, tax requirements, and audit procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English and confidence communicating with international leadership teams.
