Your mission
Turn financial data into meaningful insights. You’ll support reporting and financial analysis across Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia, helping the business make informed decisions and maintain accurate financial records.
What you'll do
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis
• Assist with group consolidation, reconciliations and HQ reporting
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting regulations
• Contribute to audits, tax reporting and other finance activities
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes
What you bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting or financial analysis
• Good knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles
• Experience preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and management reports
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
