Your mission
Great customer experiences start with great conversations. As a Client Relations Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice customers can count on, helping them find answers, resolving their concerns, and making sure they feel heard and valued. You’ll use your language skills and people-first approach to build trust and create positive experiences from the very first interaction.
What you’ll do
• Be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via phone and email.
• Understand customer needs by listening carefully and asking the right questions.
• Provide clear and helpful solutions that address customer inquiries accurately and professionally.
• Build lasting relationships through empathetic, friendly, and customer-focused communication.
• Make every interaction count by helping customers feel supported and valued.
• Collaborate with your team and other departments to improve processes and deliver a consistently excellent service.
What you bring
• Fluent Czech, with a good command of Slovak and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• A genuine interest in helping people and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay organized while handling different tasks.
• A positive mindset, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• The ability to work independently while remaining a supportive team player.
