What you'll do
• Provide professional support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with non-technical inquiries related to digital services such as apps, payments, family accounts, books, movies, and more
• Resolve customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction
• Work with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and internal platforms
• Meet quality and performance targets while delivering excellent customer experiences
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
What we're looking for
• Fluency in Slovenian, Danish, Slovak, Norwegian, or Dutch (C1)
• Good command of English (B2)
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work confidently with digital tools and multiple systems
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Working Hours
• Standard working time
• One shift per day
• Full-time position
