Your mission
Be the trusted point of contact for customers before and after their purchase. You’ll combine excellent communication with an interest in technical solutions to deliver smooth and professional customer experiences.
What you'll do
• Support customers via email, phone and chat
• Provide pre- and post-purchase assistance and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Build strong customer relationships and understand their needs
• Partner strategically with internal teams to find the right solutions
• Take part in client presentations, product and solution briefings
• Support technical bid responses and communicate technical applications in a clear, customer-friendly way
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and product adoption
What you bring
• Excellent French, Spanish or Polish – C1
• Very good English – B2
• Previous customer service or client-facing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in technology and technical applications
• Ability to explain information clearly and work with different stakeholders
• Proactive, organized and solution-oriented mindset
